Ingredients:
50 ml London Dry Gin Kalvelage
2 thin slices of green apple (fruit)
15 ml of green apple syrup
15 ml lemon broth
100 ml of tonic water
Glass of gin filled with ice
1 mint sprout
Method of preparation:
In a gin glass place 1 slice of green apple upright and add ice to the top.
Add the Kalvelage Gin, the green apple syrup, the lemon broth, mix from bottom to top, the ice will dilute it a little. Add more ice and finish with silver tonic water. Decorate with 2 half moons of green apple and finish with the mint bud on the side of the apple.
