Ingredients:
100 ml Kalvelage Oak Vodka
600 ml of white wine
80g Demerara Sugar
Fruits: Apple, Orange, Cinnamon, Few Banana Slices, Clove.
Method of preparation:
Melt the sugar in a pan over high heat until caramelized and add the fruits and wine. Stir until the sugar dissolves and carefully add the Kalvelage Oak Vodka.
Let it boil over low heat for 3 minutes and serve in a ceramic or earthenware mug.
